What fee do you take?
Right now, it is completely free for Fixers to use Fixeo platform. Once any fees will be applied, relevant stakeholders will be advised accordingly
Is there a subscription fee?
No, there is no subscription fee. The use of the app is absolutely free.
Account & Profile
I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can reset your password through the Fixeo mobile application login page, using either your registered email address or mobile number.
I'm not receiving Fixeo emails, what can I do?
There are many reasons you may not be receiving our emails. Email providers sometimes mark our emails as spam so take a look in your junk mail folder. If any of our messages are in there, you should mark them as safe.
What software version do I need to download the Fixeo app?
The Fixeo app is available in both the App Store or Google Play. We’ve provided the links to both the iOS and Android Fixeo apps below. Be sure to click the link directly from your mobile device.
- iOS Fixeo App: You need iOS 10,0 or later.
Android Fixeo App: You need Android v4.4 or later.
Why should I be a tradesperson?
On Fixeo, you control your business. You decide when and where you want to work, the skills you use, and how much you charge on our online marketplace. You have the flexibility to run your independent business on Fixeo.
What happens if you are not online?
If you are not online, you will miss emergency jobs. You must be online to receive urgent jobs near your location as a push notification.
What makes a good profile photo?
One of the most important parts of your tradesperson profile is your photo, as it's one of the first things that potential clients see, so ensure it looks great! Clients want to see you in your profile photo clearly, so they know who they're welcoming into their homes.
For successful photos:
- Frame your entire head and the top of your shoulders.
- Stay in the centre of frame and smile at the camera.
- No hats, sunglasses, or headsets.
- No face filters.
- No blurry or black and white photos.

Contacting Clients
Why can’t I post my phone number or email?
Fixeo does not allow you to share any private contact details in any public areas of the app, in order to protect your privacy, security and to prevent spam.
When should I start work?
You should start the job when the client accepts the job and arrange the timing.
Billing & Payments
How do I get paid?
You should get paid directly by the Client upon successful completion of the job, via cash or any other payment methods you accept e.g. bank transfer. You need to issue a tax invoice against the payment received and provide any warranty of the work based on your business policy to gain customer confidence.
